Addictive behaviours take many forms in our contemporary world: substance abuse and drug addiction, eating disorders, self-harm, sexual compulsions, and technology addictions to the internet, gaming, gambling, and pornography. Addictions can destroy our relationships and derail our goals, and it can be confusing and frustrating when we continue in behaviours that we know limit our ability to live the lives we want. I offer supportive counselling and evidence-based approaches to treat and reduce harms from addictive behaviours.
